Pixel Quest — Delete Your Account

You can delete your Pixel Quest account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — but you are always welcome to create a new account later.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Pixel Quest and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Read the warning, then confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.
Delete by request
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you:
Please include the email address you used to sign in. We action verified requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it:

Deletion is immediate and the data cannot be recovered. We may retain limited records only where required by law (for example, payment/tax records held by the relevant app store), and anonymous, non-identifying data that is no longer linked to you.
