Capy Jump Battle — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Juegabit, a brand operated by ITCSUY SRL ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Uruguay, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Capy Jump Battle mobile game (the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to this policy.
In short: the Game has no accounts and no sign-in, collects no personal information, shows no ads, and has no in-app purchases. The only data we collect is anonymous usage and diagnostics to fix bugs and improve the Game — and you can turn it off in Settings.
1. Who we are
The data controller is ITCSUY SRL (operating as Juegabit), Uruguay. For any privacy question or request, contact us at pablo.caviglia@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. There is no account and no login, so we do not collect your name, email, or profile. What we collect:
| Data | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous usage & diagnostics — in-app events (such as matches started and finished, the game mode, and which characters are used), a randomly generated app-instance identifier, basic device/performance info, and crash/error diagnostics | While you play, if analytics are enabled | To understand which features are used and to detect and fix bugs and crashes, so we can improve the Game. We use Google Analytics for this and do not use it for advertising. The identifier is random and is not a device or advertising ID. |
| A display name you choose (a default is provided) | When you play local multiplayer | To label players during a match. It is shown to the other players in the same match on your local network and is stored on your device. It is not sent to our servers. Please don't enter a real name. |
| Basic local-network connection data (e.g. device addresses on your Wi-Fi) | Only during LAN multiplayer | So nearby devices can find each other and exchange game state directly, peer-to-peer. This stays on your local network; it is not collected by us. |
We do not collect accounts, names, emails, contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifiers. The Game shows no third-party ads, has no in-app purchases, and we do not sell or rent data.
3. How we use this information
- To operate, maintain, debug, and improve the Game.
- To understand, in aggregate and anonymously, which features are enjoyed and where the Game can be better.
- To respond to your support or privacy requests.
We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any automated decisions about you.
4. Your choice — turn analytics off
Anonymous analytics are optional. You can turn them off at any time in the Game under Settings. When turned off, the Game stops sending usage and diagnostics events.
5. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process the limited, anonymous data above on the basis of our legitimate interests (keeping the Game reliable and improving it) and, where required, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by turning analytics off in Settings.
6. Service providers & data sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run and improve the Game, under appropriate safeguards:
- Google Analytics — anonymous product analytics and crash/error diagnostics, on our behalf, to help us understand usage and fix problems. We do not use it for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
There is no account backend: we do not store your gameplay on a server. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent data to anyone.
7. Local multiplayer & networking
Local multiplayer runs peer-to-peer over your local Wi-Fi network: devices in the same match exchange game state directly with each other. The display name you choose is visible to the other players in that match. No central server of ours stores your matches.
8. International data transfers
Our analytics provider may process and store anonymous data on servers located outside your country, including outside Uruguay and the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate legal safeguards.
9. Data retention
We hold no personal account data, because we collect none. Anonymous usage and diagnostics data is retained only for as long as it is useful to improve the Game, in accordance with our analytics provider's retention settings, and then deleted or aggregated.
10. Children's privacy
Capy Jump Battle is designed to be family-friendly. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children: there are no accounts, the only data is anonymous usage and diagnostics used solely to operate and improve the Game (internal operations), there are no third-party ads, and we do not use data for behavioral advertising or profiling. The random identifier we use is not a device or advertising ID. If you are a parent or guardian and have any question or request, contact us at pablo.caviglia@gmail.com.
11. No ads, no purchases
The Game currently shows no third-party advertising and offers no in-app purchases. If this ever changes, we will update this policy first and obtain any consent the law requires.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because the Game holds no personal account data, there is little to access or delete; for any question about the anonymous data or to opt out, turn analytics off in Settings or email pablo.caviglia@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we handle, including encrypted connections to our analytics provider. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be announced in the Game.
